Jakey is 17 today! A day where you should be here celebrating! Mum going to see Jake so she will give him the biggest hug she can for you ❤️. I would too but I am working!! Ava had a milestone yesterday as it was her last day at primary school!! It breaks my heart everyday that you missing these milestones 💔 you would be so proud of them Sharon.
